“Toy Story” and “Animal City” are also coming

“Frozen” confirmed to start filming Season 3
Disney CEO Bob Iger announced this February (2023) that Disney’s always-on animated film series, Toy Story and Frozen, will be producing new seasons, much to the chagrin of fans. Disney’s Chief Creative Officer Jennifer Lee confirmed yesterday (5) at the London Film Festival (LFF) that the production of Frozen 3 has begun!
Jennifer Lee is the director and scriptwriter of the Frozen film series, according to foreign media outlets such as Deadline. While Jennifer is tight-lipped about the specifics of Frozen 3, her speech at the London Film Festival also made a point to the audience: “The creative team made time for me last week. Discussing the collaboration, and I’m so shocked by (the content), I’m so excited, I don’t know what I can do yet!”

In fact, Toy Story and Frozen will not only be releasing seasons 5 and 3, but Animal City, which premiered in 2016, is also beloved by moviegoers. It also won Golden Globe Awards, Critics’ Choice Awards, and the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature. Byron Howard and Rich Moore have also discussed the possibility of a movie sequel, and Agger also announced earlier this year that Animal City would be coming for a second season, something that many fans were looking forward to.
